We host our website with an external service provider. Connection data is processed for the purpose of providing and delivering the website. For the sole purpose of delivering and providing the website, the data is not stored beyond the time of access.

Our website offers the option of contacting us directly via a contact and enquiry form. After submitting the contact and enquiry form, the personal data you have entered will be processed by the controller for the purpose of processing your enquiry on the basis of the consent you have given by submitting the form in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR until revoked.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide such data will simply mean that you cannot submit your request and we will not be able to process it.

Application form

We offer you the option of submitting your application online on our website. For the purpose of processing your application, we process your personal data provided in the application form on the basis of a pre-contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR until revoked or, at the latest, for a period of 6 months after completion of the application process.

If you expressly request that your submitted documents be retained for evidence purposes, your documents will be stored for a maximum period of 18 months on the legal basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide such data will simply mean that we cannot process your application.

Your applicant data will not be passed on to third parties.

Analytical services

BURST Statistics

For the purpose of searching for and analysing errors, evaluating usage and deriving measures for the future development of our website, we process your data using the local analysis software BURSTStatistics, WordPress.

As this service is a local analysis tool, no personal data is forwarded to the service provider or to third parties. In addition, your personal data is anonymised immediately after collection. Personal data is therefore not stored beyond the first processing step.

Right of objection
